You may only use Spectrum Health MyChart to ask questions about your own healthcare or care for individuals with whom you have Shared Access. Your messages may be seen by others including staff in your healthcare provider’s office, such as the receptionist, by technology staff of Spectrum Health, and by others as necessary to provide the services.

Does Spectrum Health MyChart include my medical records?

It does not take the place of your doctor. Spectrum Health MyChart does not include your entire medical record. Because Spectrum Health MyChart does not include all of your medical information, you should ensure that your provider is aware of all the medicines that you take and all the providers that you see.

Can you get prescriptions through virtual visits?

Prescription Policy. Certain prescriptions will not be available through Virtual Visits. If a Provider prescribes a medicine, it will be based on the medical judgment of the Provider. The number of doses of medicine prescribed may be limited, and follow-up with your doctor may be required. Spectrum Health MyChart is not a pharmacy.
