At that time, you will receive a letter with a unique one-time password. Once you have this letter, please visit myhealth.swhealth.org and select login using your email address and one-time password.

The PHR allows you to store, view, and update all your health information in one secure place. Only you can decide who has access to your medical history, which ensures your privacy. You can also use it to help manage the health of someone you care for, with their permission.
From the login screen, click on the "Start Now!" button and follow the prompts.
You will need your username and password information to access the system.
After successfully logging in, the first screen you will see is the Home page. First time users should follow the prompts to complete the login process. Each time you login to the Patient Portal you can see notifications about New Forms, Appointments and New Messages.
For security reasons, each new or established patient must complete a one-time "New Patient" form. Each patient must be verified our office before any medical data can be provided. The New Patient form helps us verify the account. Users will not be able to make appointments or access other content without a verified New Patient form.
After each office visit, a report should be posted to this portal for you to view. Select the time range and then click the "Refresh" button. You can also select a time range from "this month", "last month", "this year", "last year" or "all time".
You are expected to see your lab results, the basic health history we've recorded in our office, and a Clinical Document Architecture (CDA) under "Health Record" session. Remember, this information includes electronic data only. Service information rendered prior to the electronic data will not be entered in to the system.

While the Health Center does charge private insurance, students will not be charged a co-pay or billed for Health Center services not covered by their insurance. Lab testing will be sent to Clinical Pathology Laboratories (CPL) and will be billed separately.
COVID-19 mRNA vaccines (Moderna and Pfizer) may cause false negative TB test results. If you are getting your COVID-19 vaccine this summer, be sure to get your TB test before or on the same day as your first dose of the vaccine, or wait 4 weeks after the second vaccine dose to get your TB test. The COVID-19 vaccine takes priority, so if you are not able to get your TB test before you arrive on campus, we will perform your TB test at the SU Health Center when you are eligible.
Hello Patient works with the MyChart app on your smartphone to assist with the arrival and check-in process for your appointment. Hello Patient uses geographical location information to allow you to check in once you’ve arrived at your provider’s building. To use Hello Patient, you must have the MyChart mobile app installed on your smartphone.
For your security, your access code expires after 60 days and is no longer valid after the first time you use it. If you allow yours to expire, contact the MyChart HelpLine during normal business hours at 214-648-8888 for assistance in obtaining a new activation code.
