What happened to southern New Hampshire Health’s Ecare portal?

Southern New Hampshire Health has transitioned from offering the eCare patient portals to SolutionHealth MyChart. This transition is part of a substantial upgrade to our medical records system to Epic. SolutionHealth MyChart consolidates your medical history into one record available across Southern New Hampshire Health and Elliot Health System.

Why choose snhh immediate care?

We treat patients of all ages for non-life-threatening conditions and address some routine health needs. Immediate Care is open seven days a week, including evenings. Your average wait time is 15 minutes or less. SNHH does not charge a facility fee, but you’ll be responsible for a co-pay based on your insurance plan.

COVID-19 VACCINES

COVID-19 Vaccines are available by appointment at the Hudson and West Nashua Immediate Care locations. Anyone 12 and older is now eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Appointments are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30am-2:30pm. Please call (603) 402-2080 to schedule a 15-minute appointment.
