When does SoonerCare start?

SoonerCare coverage for newly eligible expansion adults in the Healthy Adult Program begins July 1, 2021. The Healthy Adult Program is a fee-for-service payment model. Members will not be assigned a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and no SoonerCare referral is required at this time.
