Accessing your health information online is easy from your desktop or smartphone! How long does it take for a pharmacy to process a refill request?

Please remember to allow 48-72 hours for the practice to process your refill request. You can also notify the practice of medications you are no longer taking or of any new medications. You can use the portal to notify the practice if you change your pharmacy.

How to get portal activation code?

(To obtain your portal activation code, call our Centralized Medical Records department at 802-671-5800, call your provider’s office, or stop by your provider’s office. )

How to request an appointment with a provider?

You can also request an appointment by completing the form. Just choose the provider you would like to see, the reason for the appointment, and the days and times that work best for you and click submit. Someone from the provider’s office will contact you with an appointment.

What time do you call 911?

If you’re having an emergency situation, call 911. Messages will be responded to during normal business hours Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm.

Can you update your medical history on the portal?

You will have the ability in the portal to update different sections of your history and send information to your provider to have added to your medical chart.
