Why are dental offices only able to schedule healthy patients?

Due to the virulent nature of the COVID-19 virus and for the health and safety of our team and other patients, we are only able to schedule healthy and uncompromised patients for dental procedures currently.

Where do patients come to for screening?

Patients come to the front door for screening.

Can a caregiver accompany a patient in the dental office?

No longer allow caregivers, parents (except for very young patients) or siblings to accompany patients in the dental operatory to avoid unwanted contamination of any operatory and office surfaces.

Meet our team

Dr. Ian Leopold has followed in family tradition, joining his father Dr. Mark Leopold and uncle Dr. Nicholas Murphy as a dentist in our San Luis Obispo practice in the fall of 2010. Ian grew up in San Luis Obispo and received his bachelor’s degree in biology from Cal Poly.
