Having a PHR can be a lifesaver, literally. In an emergency you can quickly give first responders vital information, such as diseases you're being treated for, medications you take, drug allergies, and contact information for your doctor.
If you move back to a non-MHS GENESIS location, you’ll resume use of the TOL Secure Patient Portal for all secure actions (appointing, viewing health data, prescription refills, secure messaging).
Yes. Using the portal locator doesn’t affect your ability to use other URLs to log in to your patient portal.

Using the Apple Health App. iPhone® users receiving care at Massachusetts General Hospital and all other Mass General Brigham entities can now use the Apple Health app to access and visualize key parts of their current health records, including allergies, conditions, immunizations, labs, medications, procedures and vitals.
At Montgomery General Hospital, our mission is to improve your health, comfort and life. The MGH Patient Portal plays an integral role in your active participation in your care, resulting in a higher standard of care.
Access your health information from a non-Mass General Brigham institution if they are using the same electronic health record vendor (known as Epic)
