At Hudson Headwaters, we believe that no one should delay seeking needed medical care because they lack insurance or have high medical costs. That’s why we offer discounts and payment plans to eligible patients.
Hudson Headwaters welcomes all patients regardless of insurance status. We participate with most major insurers including Medicare and Medicaid. We offer financial and billing assistance through budget agreements, a Sliding Fee discount for medical, dental and other services, and RX Assist for financial assistance with ongoing prescription needs. Patients can choose either a phone visit or a visit using video and audio.
Telehealth appointments are available for many primary care, specialty care and follow-up appointments. However, telehealth may not be appropriate for every type of appointment (worker’s comp and annual wellness visits are excluded). Please reach out to your health center with your health-related concerns as you normally would.
We are utilizing a telehealth platform called MyCarePlan to conduct secure telehealth appointments. Using MyCarePlan requires you to have access to either a computer, smartphone or tablet (e.g. iPad), internet access and an email address. We recommend connecting to WiFi to avoid incurring mobile data charges.

QUEENSBURY (May 5, 2020) – Hudson Headwaters Health Network expands COVID-19 testing at drive-up locations at Champlain Family Health, West Mountain Health Services in Queensbury and Warrensburg Health Center. Community members must schedule an appointment before receiving a test.
Hudson Headwaters and Glens Falls Hospital are working together in an “all-hands on deck” coordinated response to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the Glen Falls region. Since the COVID-19 testing began outside the hospital Emergency Department (ED) more than 500 COVID-19 tests were completed in a joint effort between the two organizations.
