First-time patients will require a temporary key in order to access their portal. Temporary keys can be found on your most recent receipt or by emailing portal@lvcenter4sight.com. Step 1: Please select First Time Patient Portal Access in order to set-up your secure portal. Step 2: After clicking continue, you will be asked for your temporary key.

How do I make sure I am receiving patient portal emails?
