Primary Care: We will continue to offer services via telemedicine whenever appropriate, but we remain available in the office for symptoms warranting an actual physical exam. We encourage parents to keep their young children up-to-date on their immunizations, so we would like to continue to see your kids at the office.

Phoebe Patient is the quickest and easiest way for you to access your medical records from your computer or cell phone. You can also email HIMROI@phoebehealth.com to request your medical records. Please include a call back telephone number, patient’s full name, date of birth, the visit date of the records needed, and the address where the medical records can be mailed or if pick-up is preferred. All requests will be processed within 3 business days or patient will be notified of any delay.
