Our patient portals are secure, personal websites that allow you to view and manage your health care information, medical records and results. Please note: Certain records and test results may be available on the portal before your physician can review them.
The Doylestown Health Physician Practices and Urgent Care patient portal is a secure online website where patients can view health information at any time of day from anywhere with an Internet connection. You can access the site with a secure username and password.
To assist local residents the Shingletown Medical Center is sponsoring the Shingletown Area Resource Center (SARC). SARC’s purpose is to educate and assist the members of our community with their health insurance needs as it pertains to the Affordable Care Act and Covered California.
To enroll in the patient portal, you must receive services at one of our locations. To create an account, you may self-enroll here. Alternatively, you may contact the location where you received care and tell them you would like to make an account. Registration requires an email and a valid ID.
All messages sent to your provider’s office are transferred via a secure server compliant with HIPAA standards.
The RWJBarnabas Health Patient Portal is a free service that provides convenient access to your personal health care information in a secure online environment. With the patient portal, you can view select test results, access your medical records and track your health information.
At the hospital patient portal, you can access read-only medical information through our secure server. This includes educational materials, information on your current medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and lab test results. All information is pulled directly from your electronic health records. Due to the sensitive nature of radiology and pathology test results, these are not available on the patient portal and must be obtained through the hospital’s Health Information Department.
RWJBarnabas Health is in the process transitioning all of our hospitals to a centralized patient portal called MyChart where all hospitals’ records will eventually be contained within one system for your convenience. Please be assured that you will always have access to your medical records.
After activation, you can begin accessing your Patient Portal by visiting ShastaRegional.com and logging in with your username and password.
Your test results in most cases will be available 36 hours after discharge.
Patient Portal is a secure, convenient, and easy-to-use website that gives you round-the-clock access to your health information. With Patient Portal, you can view labs, medications, immunization records, statements, and much more. Having online access to this information puts YOU in control of your health.
The app and the Portal have functionalities that allow you to reset your username and/or password. You can also call the front desk and we can reset the username and/or password for you.
Visitation restrictions are in effect at all Med Center Health hospitals and Cal Turner Rehab & Specialty Care.
If you did not provide your email address at registration, you need to contact the Health Information Management Dept. by calling 270-745-1009 to initiate the process .
Also, parental access to children’s medical records is also available and coordinated through Med Center’s Health Information Management Department.
Enrollment is fast and free, based upon information provided by your Med Center Health caregiver. You’ll need a name, date of birth, social security number, email address on file with your caregiver and your medical record number.
