The staff at this facility are awesome, from schedulers, technicians, photographers, to physicians at all levels. Being a retired RN to now providing concierge service in the non medical field, I am acutely aware of customer service, and appreciate the level of detail, education, thoroughness that Shiley Eye Institute provides.

Excellent facility staff. I highly recommend Dr. Afshari there. She is a kind and caring doctor. Her staff are very accommodating and care about your well being.

They are on time, and I did not wait to be accepted (Also I was on time). Dr.Mclean was very nice and good in detecting issues.
