If you have a scheduled appointment, please proceed to the desk of the your physician to check in. The desk lists are posted outside of the clinic to the left of the main doors.

Cancellation Policy

Synergy Medical Clinic requires 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. If you are unable to make your appointment please call us to reschedule. No-shows will be charged a fee that varies based on the type of appointment.
