How do I register a patient in the sharesource patient portal?

Select "Current Baxter Patients" and then "Sharesource Patient Portal". This will take you to the registration page. Enter your name, account number, order number, country and language preference and then click "Next".

How do I Activate my sharesource account?

You will receive an e-mail from Sharesource to the chosen e-mail address with an activation link. Click on this link to begin the activation process. Activation process: Create and verify your password. Note that for your security, only passwords that meet the listed password criteria are accepted.

What will happen to the sharesource website during maintenance?

During this time, the Sharesource website will not be accessible; however patients may proceed with treatments as planned. Treatment data from connected devices will be available after maintenance is complete. Any device programming may need to be done manually during this time.
