A PIN is required to set up access. To get your PIN, tell the Registrar (at check in or check out) that you want to join the patient portal. You will need to provide an email address and your Portal Invitation with PIN number will be emailed to you.

The Lewis and Faye Manderson Cancer Center’s MyDCH Patient Portal provides you with secure online access to information about your cancer treatment. Through your Cancer Center Patient Portal, you can view your appointments and test results, complete health care assessments, access educational materials and view contact information for your care team from the comfort of your own home. The portal is designed for secure messages between your Provider, the Nurse and you.
