What is the patient portal and how does it work?

The Patient Portal is a web-based system that serves as a secure communication link between you and the doctor’s office. When you log in to the Portal with your private user name and password, you can see information that is pulled from your electronic record and displayed on the web page.

How do I view and download hospital records?

View hospital records such as discharge summaries and notes about procedures, progress and consultations (including wound care, PT/OT/SLP, dietary, etc.) Download health records (history and physical) to easily share with doctors For some results not viewable online, please contact the hospital Medical Records department.
