Child Development

Each child develops at their individual pace. By learning the typical development milestones, you and your doctor can take appropriate action to ensure they have the care they need. Click your child’s age below to view the developmental milestones for their age.

Ages and Stages Questionnaire

For children ages 12, 15 and 24 months, we ask that parents fill out the Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) prior to their scheduled check up. Fill out your child’s age on the portal link and either submit the ASQ form via the portal or print off a form and bring it to your child’s appointment.
