How to find out if you are insured by Scott and White?

If you are insured by the Scott & White Health Plan, find the Scott & White Health Plan tile on the MyBSWHealth dashboard. The tile will show two metrics: Individual Deductible and Individual Out-of-Pocket Max or, if you are on a family plan, Family Deductible and Family Out-Of-Pocket Max. To see more detail on your health plan, click Details on the bottom of the Scott & White Health Plan tile. You will be taken to the Health Plan portal, in which you can find more information about your plan, claims, payments, and resources.
