What is My Portal (Patient Portal)?#N#My Portal (Patient Portal) is a website that allows you a convenient and secure way to view portions of your medical records and in some locations communicate with participating provider’s health care team. Within your My Portal account, you will be able to do the following:

Access Your History

Our Medical Records Department maintains the confidentiality of the records of thousands of patients. These records document lab and imaging reports, emergency visits, inpatient and surgical stays, and all other procedures the patient had while at our facility.

Make A Request

We ask that you make your request 24 to 48 hours in advance. A fee may be charged.
