How do I contact Santa Fe imaging X-ray?

Los Alamos Facility (MRI only): (505) 983-9350. Santa Fe Imaging X-Ray at Aspen Medical: (505) 466-5885. Santa Fe Imaging X-Ray at Trinty Urgent Care: (505) 412-6033. After Hours: To reach the Main Office Front Desk on weekdays after 5 p.m. or before 2 p.m. on Saturday, patients may dial 505-955-8782 to leave a message.

How can I view my patients’ diagnostic images and interpretive radiologist reports?

Easily view your patients’ diagnostic images and interpretive radiologist reports by connecting directly to our PACS web access. Our web-based PACS access can be utilized on virtually any device which has internet connection. Full secure access privileges of the PACS System may be obtained through our simple account registration process.

How do I access my reports and images from my appointment?

Access your reports and images online! Schedule your appointment online. View reports sent from the radiologist to your referring provider. View your exam images captured during your visit. Download your medical information.

Billing

Billing and insurance payments can sometimes be confusing. Billing agents are available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (mountain standard time) to help with questions, or to assist you in making payment arrangements.
