Scheduling Appointments

We ask that you call for an appointment in advance, and as early as possible, in order for our friendly staff to provide prompt care.

Insurance

Our office accepts most insurances. Please contact your insurance carrier to be certain. BlueSelect is the only Marketplace plan we currently accept. Charges on claims rejected as out-of-network by your insurance will be your responsibility.

Labwork and Testing

Our office is equipped to process rapid strep testing, influenza screening, urinalysis, lead and hemoglobin levels, hearing testing, vision screening, and visual testing. We try to anticipate developmental delays, TB risks, and autism by performing routine assessments during patient office visits.

New Patient and Prenatal Consults

Are you expecting or new to the area and in need of a primary care provider? We offer free consult-appointments while making every effort to accommodate any schedule.

After Hours

Our office provides an after-hours on-call service for urgent concerns. That direct line is 904-247-2131. In case of an emergency, please dial 911.
