What is Outer Cape health services?

Outer Cape Health Services is one of the only health care providers serving the eight outermost towns on Cape Cod. Outer Cape provides primary care, laboratory, radiology and pharmacy services. Through its relationship with BIDMC, it also offers on-site specialty care, including pulmonology, HIV/AIDS treatment and seasonal urgent care.

Please note: As of November 1, 2020, Epic's electronic health record system MyChart has replaced these CCHC patient portals for Primary, Specialty or Hospital Care. Your health data from these legacy portals will migrate to MyChart once you've seen your Cape Cod Healthcare doctor after this date.
