What is the patient portal?

Our Patient Portal is a personalized online resource that allows you to stay current on your healthcare information by providing access to your hospital test results, medical records, and a direct line of communication to your physician's office when it's convenient for you.

Can I still access the old patient portal?

Where can I enroll in-person at Rutland Regional Medical Center?

If you do not qualify, you can still enroll in-person at Outpatient Registration located on the main floor at Rutland Regional Medical Center. On Sept. 28 and 29, the Patient Portal experienced connectivity issues that prevented it from saving information.

Does Rutland Regional's patient portal app have the Cerner healthelife image?

How Do I Use my Patient Portal?

Once you have established your account, simply select My Health to start viewing specific health information. If you have questions or concerns about how to find information, please feel free to call us at 1.877.621.8014. We are here 24/7!

What is the lab section of Rutland Medical Center?

The “Labs” section will display your lab test results. Lab tests not performed at Rutland Regional Medical Center and certain sensitive results will be withheld from the portal (i.e. HIV, pregnancy, and STDs).

What if My Medical Information is Incorrect?

If you've found an error or need information changed in your medical records, please fill out the Request for Amendment/Correction of Health Information Form. Once you've completed the form, please mail it to:

Where Does My Health Information Come From?

All of your information is pulled directly from your electronic health record. You will see information from your visits to all Rutland Regional provider locations. It does not contain information from any visits to your Primary Care physician or other private practices outside of our organization, even if those physicians work with Rutland Regional or come into the hospital to see patients. Please note that information from Psychiatric Services or Behavioral Health visits is excluded, due to strict privacy laws regarding that information.

Click the “My Health” section. Here, you can choose to view different categories of information.

Is Patient Portal free?

Our Patient Portal is free to use. It is a built-in function of our Electronic Medical Record system which is also supported by Cerner.

Can you enroll in Rutland Regional Medical Center?

NOTE: Not everyone will qualify for self-enrollment. If you do not qualify, you can still enroll in-person at Outpatient Registration located on the main floor at Rutland Regional Medical Center.

What browsers are needed to access your health portal?

In order to access the YourHealth Patient Portal, you must have one of the following browsers installed: Internet Explorer (version 11 or higher), Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox. You must also have Adobe Reader installed on your computer to view any of your reports.

How to change email address on YourHealth?

To change the email address that YourHealth uses for sending activity notifications, password resets, or other communications, click the Profile icon, select Update Profile, enter the new email address and click Submit.
