What is the patient portal in medent?

The Patient Portal in Medent is a personalized, secure on-line way for patients to gain access to their individual medical record. It is a FREE service that we offer to our patients which enables each patient to securely use their Internet connection to help manage and receive information about his/her personal health.

How do I get an activation code for the patient portal?

Any patient who wishes to start using the Patient Portal at CNYFC can get an activation code from the reception staff when he/she checks in for an office visit, or your nurse can issue an activation code to you in the exam room.

What is a prenatal appointment?

Throughout your pregnancy, you are treated as an equal partner in your care. Prenatal appointments allow your family to explore the emotional and physical changes that come with pregnancy. We offer physician and nurse-midwife services and support, ultrasounds, prenatal testing, and childbirth preparation.

What is pediatric care?

Our pediatric team provides total health care for children. Our services include newborn care, immunizations, regular checkups, sick visits, physicals, care and referrals for children with disabilities, and vision and hearing screening.

What is OB/GYN services?

Services include routine gynecologic care and surgery, birth control and family planning, menopause care, health screenings, basic fertility evaluation, and education.
