To access a visit summary for a previous appointments in MyWellSpan, go to Health Record > Past Visits and Notes > Office Visit Summaries and select the appointment you want to review . This feature might be helpful if you've lost the summary or patient instructions from your last visit, or if you want to review the procedures that were performed.
If your doctor has shared his notes from the visit with you, you can view them by clicking on the row of the appointment that you want to see then click Notes.
If necessary, the information on your USB drive can be uploaded into a personal health record or another healthcare organization's electronic health record. 1. Go to Health Record > Download My Record. 2. Click Visit Recordsand select the visit that you would like to download.
You can read any messages sent by your doctor or other office staff by going to your Inbox (Messages > Inbox). Click the message you want to read. From here, you can reply to the message or delete it.
If you need to keep another provider, such as a specialist who works outside of your office, informed about your health, you can send her a summary of a recent visit by clicking the download or sendlink on the Visit Summaries page. Select Visit Recordsand choose the visit that you would like to send. Click Send. Complete the Send My Record form.

Who is MRO? MRO handles the secure, accurate and efficient fulfillment of Release of Information (ROI) requests for patients and providers alike. For patients, this means you will interact directly with MRO when you need to access your medical record files.
Requests are processed in the order they are received. The processing time will vary depending on the file size, location of the records, and what information is being requested.
If someone other than the patient has signed, please state your relationship to the patient (e.g., Health Care Power of Attorney, Parent, Executor). Further proof of relationship may be required by the facility. If any other clarification or information is needed, MRO will notify the requester.
