Vital signs measure your body’s basic functions, such as your temperature and blood pressure. Lab tests are performed on samples of your blood, urine or other tissues, and generate lab results, such as your cholesterol level. Most lab results are displayed in the portal, but there are some exceptions.
Patients cannot request renewals for prescriptions received in the hospital; patients who see a provider who participates in the Emory BLUE Patient Portal in the hospital and in his/her clinic can request renewals through that provider via the portal.
