Located in the main lobby, the Northwest Arkansas Hospital Gift Shop offers special-occasion and baby gifts, jewelry, magazines, books, greeting cards, snacks/soft drinks, travel toiletries, balloons and fresh flowers. Flowers and gifts are delivered by volunteers of the Mercy Hospital Auxiliary.
Language interpreters and translation services are available to patients at no cost when needed for effective communication of medical treatment, obtaining consent for procedures or tests, and providing information relating to health care recommendations, education, instructions, medications, diagnoses and prognoses.
