PRMC offers two online patient portals. The first is for hospital patients and can be found by selecting the HOSPITAL PORTAL ACCESS on the right. The second is for patients of the South Central Kansas Bone and Joint Center, the Surgicenter, Farmer Clinics, and PIMG and can be accessed by selecting the CLINIC PORTAL ACCESS on the right.

What is a patient portal?#N#A patient portal is an internet application allowing patients to access their electronic health record. The patient portal allows you to view some of your clinical information safely and securely.
Information can only be used by someone who has the correct user name and password. It is important that you keep your user name and password secure.
1. When you are registered at Rhea Medical Center for a service, tell the registration clerk that you wish to create an online account. You will need to provide proof of identify, (photo ID), and an email address.
You may authorize someone else to view your records. If you wish to do so, you must come to the Medical Records department at Rhea Medical Center with the person you with to authorize. Both you and the person you wish to authorize must bring photo ID.
By creating an account with online access, you will be able to view your visit summary, including medications and laboratory reports. Radiology reports are not currently available.
Morning monitoring call backs are typically done by 3:00-4:00 pm. Call your office if you have not received your text/email or a call by that time.
Medical record pickup: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or by appointment.
To obtain records of a deceased patient: The executor or administrator of a decedent's estate may obtain records if they provide a letter testamentary, a letter of administration or a "short certificate" showing that they are authorized to act as the personal representative of the decedent.
To obtain your own medical records: Print out the Consent to Release of Information form, and complete as many areas as you are able. Bring this completed form to the medical records department, and you can pick up your records.
To obtain records for a minor: Regardless of custodial arrangements, either parent may sign the authorization to obtain records of their child. The only exceptions are if: (1) a court issues an order limiting a parent's right to review a child's medical records; or (2) a parent has given up all parental rights.
