Effective Saturday, April 7th, 2018, Rideau Crossing will provide an After Hour Clinic on Saturdays only, from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm for patient of RCFHC only.
When a patient does not show up at the appointed time, or doesn’t give sufficient notice, there is no time to give that appointment to anyone else, resulting in wasted time for the physician. OHIP has also revised coverage for pregnancy testing. If it is deemed not medically necessary, the patient will be responsible for payment. Please ask your provider if this is applicable to you.

The rat race starts at 8:30AM when the office staff is supposed to start answering the phone (this often means 8:50 in RCFH time). Call at 8:30 - busy.
