Where can I Find my medical records at Redlands Community Hospital?

Redlands Community Hospital Medical Records Services is located on the basement floor of the main hospital, across from the public elevators. Medical Records Services is open Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. You can request a copy of your medical records for your personal records or for a copy to be sent to another medical facility.

What are the patient and visitor services?

Our patient and visitor services provide anyone staying at our hospital with detailed information about their rights and access to support services. If you are planning to come to the hospital as a patient or guest, we highly recommend reviewing this material so that you can make the most of your stay.
