Enrolling with MyChart

The first step is to set up your individual account. All Puget Sound Orthopaedics patients are eligible to sign up for MyChart. To do so you’ll need the activation code from your enrollment letter. If you have not yet received this letter, please call our office at 253.582.7257 to receive your code.

The MyChart patient portal should not be used in urgent situations. Please call your physician at 253.582.7257 if the situation requires immediate attention, or dial 911 for a medical emergency.

PREPARATION TIPS

The time it takes to complete the form is dependent on your personal medical history. Typically, a person who is healthy and not taking many medications should expect to spend 15 minutes completing the form. Someone with a more complicated medical history or list of medications will take longer.
