Endovenous Laser Therapy for Treating Varicose Veins

Endovenous laser therapy (EVLT) is an excellent method for treating varicose veins in an office setting. EVLT is a new minimally invasive procedure used to treat the incompetence of the greater saphenous vein in a short period of time, usually just 30 minutes.
