How do I access my Prohealth Records?

Your records can only be accessed by entering your personal username and password. Using myProHealth can help you be more involved in your health care: Review your medical records and those of your child or dependents. See test and lab results. Update your health history and personal health records.

How do I join myprohealth?

Your invitation to join will be sent via email within three business days from “noreply@followmyhealth.com” and will include all of the details you need to enroll in the myProHealth patient portal. myProHealth has security safeguards in place to protect your health information: Data is encrypted.
