Telephone Calls During Routine Hours

If you have a concern, do not hesitate to call during routine hours. The staff has been instructed and trained to give you advice and they can usually answer routine questions. If they cannot, your call will be referred to the doctor.

Telephone Calls After Hours

If there are questions after hours, you can call our main office number 623-388-3216. Our answering service will then direct you to Phoenix Children’s Hospital’s Pediatric Triage service. Each member of the staff is a pediatric-experienced registered nurse and is HIPAA tested and compliant.
