Is gender affirming care a piecemeal approach?

We believe that gender-affirming care should be comprehensive and integrated into the primary care experience, rather than through a piecemeal approach. This means that all of our providers are able to provide gender-affirming care, so you can avoid having to see multiple providers to have all your care needs met.

Does prism health have a sliding fee?

Prism Health serves all patients regardless of ability to pay. No one will be denied services based on gender identity, sexual orientation , race, nationality, or religious affiliation . We offer a sliding fee for all based on family size and income. Please ask at the reception desk.

Does Prism Health accept Medicare?

Prism Health also accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and most private health insurance. If you do not have insurance, we have staff that can help you sign up for a plan or determine your eligibility for medical and drug assistance programs.
