What is a patient portal?

By enrolling in this service you’ll be able to do the following online: Request medication refills View lab and radiology test reports Complete and update personal information

What is a patient health portal?

Patient Portal: As a PriMed patient, you are now eligible for access to FollowMyHealth TM, your secure patient portal. Through this portal, you can request an appointment, prescription refills, send a message to your PriMed physician office and view your health records. For first-time users, you’ll need an invitation code.

What time does the Charlotte office open?

Office Hours: Our Charlotte location will be open Monday-Friday 8am-7pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm. Salisbury will be open Monday-Friday 7:30am-6:30pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm. Both offices are closed on Sundays.

Is telemedicine available for Medicare?

Telemedicine is currently available. Telemedicine is available by appointment only. Call our office to schedule. On March 17, 2020 Congress passed a law allowing Medicare to waive some telehealth restrictions only during a government state of emergency, which we are in now.
