I have been a patient of Dr. Corren's for years. He is attentive, funny and a very good doctor. He listens, he cares and he puts the care of his patients first. I believe he is the best there is and his staff is pretty great too. If he was taking new patients I would refer everyone to him but I do refer them to Potomac Primary Care.

Can I see my medical records from Potomac physician associates?

Jun 20, 2021 · With the dissolution of PPA the Intelichart Patient Portal will also go away on or about August 1. In accordance with HIPPA privacy laws, all Personal Health Information (PHI) will be wiped clear of the portal by Intelichart. You are encouraged to download any information to your local computer device or drive in advance of the Portal shut down.

When will Potomac Physician Associates disband?

Does Chevy Chase have Moderna?

The Chevy Chase office currently has the Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) vaccine. This is a one dose vaccine. At this time, we still have Moderna at both Bethesda and Chevy Chase. COVID-19 Vaccine Information.

Is Potomac reopening phase 1?

Potomac Physician Associates has continued to monitor the COVID-19 situation daily during Phase I of reopening plan. With guidance from the Maryland Department of Health, we are announcing the progression to Phase II of our reopening plan.

How to Get Started

Fill out the My LifeBridge Health online request form, which can be downloaded here. You will receive an email with a link and instructions to complete your registration.

API Request

We offer the ability for you to securely connect some of the health management apps you may use (i.e. fitness trackers, dietary trackers, etc.) to your health record through your patient portal account. This allows for easy access to health and wellness data, enabling you and your care team to make informed choices.
