If you have not enrolled yet, call (702) 804-1212 Option 3, Medical Records CNS provides outpatient neurology consultations, in-office diagnostic testing, and advanced neurological screenings. Services include EEG testing, muscle and nerve studies (EMG/Nerve Conduction Studies), evoked potentials tests such as BAER, SSEP, VEP, Blink Reflex.

Prescription Refills

Refills of all medications, including narcotics, will be provided Monday through Friday during regular office hours. As a courtesy, we ask that you notify our office with your refill request at least 48 hours in advance of needing your medication.

Is CNS West EDX lab accredited?

CNS West EDX Lab obtained the Exemplary Laboratory Accreditation status from the American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine in 2015. Re-accredited in 2020. The lab offers electrodiagnostic testing, such as Muscle EMGNerve NCS, and Evoked Potentials Studies of the upper and lower extremities.
