The portal can be accessed anywhere you have internet access. You may use PC and Mac computers, tablets or smartphones. Can I Add a Family Member to My Patient Account? No. Each portal account is linked to the patient’s unique identifier.
Login to MyRad Patient Portal What is MyRad? Our portal gives patients secure online access to their Radiology Ltd. records. Once registered and logged in you will be able to: Pre-register for upcoming appointments (update address and billing information) View previous exam history Obtain patient education materials
1. Navigate to the portal address. The Portal Login page opens. 2. Type your User Name(email address) and Password. 3. Click Log On. The portal home page opens . Each of the staff features can be accessed from three different areas:
The Demographics feature of My MergePortal allows patients and patient authorized representatives to view and edit patient demographics. From the Demographics feature, users can perform the following:
1. Navigate to the Demographics feature and click the Exams tab to view a list of patient exams completed by your practice (as well as any reports that may be associated with those exams). The Exams tab opens. 2. If a report is available for an exam, click View Reportin the Report column to open the patient’s report for that visit (sample report below).
1. In the Medications tab, click Show Refill Requests. The Refill Requests are displayed.
1. Navigate to the Demographics feature. The Demographics tab opens. 2. View and edit the patient information as required. 3. Click Savewhen finished.
1. Click New Appointment Request. The Add Appointment Request page opens. 2. Complete the appointment request. 3. Click Send Requestto send the request to the provider.

The TOL Patient Portal (also referred to as "TRICARE Online" or "TOL") is the current secure patient portal that gives registered users access to online health care information and services at military hospitals and clinics.
If you move back to a non-MHS GENESIS location, you’ll resume use of the TOL Secure Patient Portal for all secure actions (appointing, viewing health data, prescription refills, secure messaging).
MHS GENESIS is the new secure patient portal for TRICARE. It will eventually deploy to all military medical and dental facilities worldwide and replace the TOL Patient Portal.
You will need to contact your medical provider’s office for any technical issues. But before you do, please check that you’re attempting to access your patient portal from a desktop computer using a Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari browser. This may solve the problem. If not, your medical provider can supply additional assistance.

When Radiology Ltd. sends or receives your data, it travels only over 256-bit SSL connections and all patient health information carries a 2nd level of encryption to prevent intrusion. Encryption is achieved using AES 256-bit government level security.
