Access your health record at Columbus Regional Healthcare System or at one of the Columbus Regional Healthcare Network physician practices through the convenient patient portal. It’s free, secure, and easy to use. Calls to the hospital regarding your patient portal will be returned within 72 hours.
Our Patient Portal allows you to make requests (for medical records, prescription refills, and specialist referrals), correspond with your doctor (send them a message and book an appointment), view your lab results, update your personal information, and view a summary of your visits.
MyInterMed Patient Portal MyInterMed is a secure, web-based program that allows you to communicate directly with your care team about non-urgent matters at your convenience.
