Option 1 - Talk to your Lourdes Provider's office staff or visit the Hospital Registration Department to receive an email invitation to join the portal. An email invitation will be sent to you with a secure, unique link. Click on the link in your email to complete the registration process. You will need the 4 digit security code decided upon when we invited you to join the portal. To ensure your privacy, you must visit your provider's office and verify your identity to receive registration information.
