We're giving our patients an online healthcare tool that fits in with your busy life that you can manage in your own time.

What are the hours of the patient portal?

The Patient Portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you are able to access your information, ask questions, and make requests on your schedule! For more info, review the Portal Instructions.

How do I get my results from the patient portal?

Please request access to your Patient Portal account at your next appointment. Follow the steps below to receive your results. An email alert will be sent to you when your results are on Patient Portal. Your results will appear under the Results icon. It may take up to a day for your test results to appear.

Step 1: Register

Fill in your name, contact information, optional insurance information, and create a username and password.

Step 2: Login

Login with your username and password. You can access the portal from your phone or desktop computer.
