If your insurance requires a referral (most HMOs do), please make sure it is current. For your first visit, it is helpful to have previous medical records including lab results, X-rays, and growth charts available for us to review.
Upon arrival at our office, you will be asked to complete some forms to obtain information about address, phone numbers, insurance information etc. Then your child will be “checked in”, which entails measuring the height, weight, and vital signs.
Our providers and staff maximize their availability and responsiveness to our patients and their families to ensure the highest possible quality of care.
Patients who are well-educated about their respective endocrine disorders and consequently dedicated to making the lifestyle adjustments necessary to manage them can effectively achieve and maintain good health.
Optimizing quality of care does not cease when you leave the exam room. We utilize all available resources to maintain clear communication pathways between our patients and the entire office staff, while also ensuring that primary care physicians remain well-informed of the progress of each patient they refer to our care.
Our providers are accepting new patients and diligently conducting routine follow-ups. We are committed to maintaining a safe office environment for all patients, visitors, and staff.
