Dr. Fisher

Dr. Fisher is board-certified in family medicine. He is a Toledo native and has practiced medicine in the community since 1980. He graduated with from Washington University in St Louis with degrees in Psychology and minor studies in Biology. His medical degree was awarded at the Medical College of Ohio (now UTMC).

Dr. Sherman

Dr. Sherman is board-certified in family medicine. He attended the University of Michigan for undergraduate and earned his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in 1997. He completed his Family Medicine Residency in 2000 at Flower Hospital in Sylvania, Ohio.

Dr. Kristin Woodard

Dr. Kristin Woodard is board-certified in family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment. She graduated from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2000, before moving to Toledo where she completed her family practice residency at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in 2003.

Dr. Arun Mathur, MD, CAQSM

Dr. Arun Mathur is a board-certified physician. Dr. Mathur completed his fellowship in sports medicine at Promedica Toledo Hospital Pirmary Care Sports Medicine Residency and his residency in family medicine at Promedica Flower Hospital. Dr.

Dr. Holly Dickman, D.O

Dr. Holly Dickman is a board-certified Osteopathic Family Physician. After completing medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, she continued her education at Toledo Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Cincinnati.
