Lancaster Pediatric Associates, Ltd. has two offices for your convenience. The main office is at the Lancaster General Health Suburban Outpatient Pavilion and a satellite office is at the Willow Lakes Health Center, Willow Street. Preventive care and sick care is available at both office locations.
What is a Patient Portal? 1 Patient health information such as, immunizations, growth charts, lab and x-ray results, current medications, allergies, visit summaries 2 Educational handouts that can be reviewed after your visit at our office. Educational handouts are available for review once you have confirmed your appointment prior to well exams. Review them before that well exam appointment and bring any questions that you have with you to be discussed at the appointment. 3 Communicate with your child’s PCP via portal messaging for non-urgent medical questions or concerns 4 Request a referral to a specialist 5 Send an appointment request to our front desk staff to see a certain provider and specify what office location, day of the week and time of day works best for your schedule 6 Request a medication refill 7 Request a copy of your child’s medical records or a records transfer
