How do I access My Health Profile? Provide your email address to our staff and you will receive an email with a link to sign up. Is there a fee to access my profile? How do I access the patient portal?

Once there, click “Patient Portal” in the top right-hand corner of the homepage. You’ll be directed to the correct portal, either TOL or MHS GENESIS.
