There is no transparency. They have all your info but you, the patient, cannot stand in your doctors office and request to speak to anyone ANYONE (a supervisor for example) and have that need met. There is ZERO accountability, customer service or service recovery at Village Medical.
Village Medical does not offer or promote quality health care. After 20 years and 3 owners over the last 5 years it is way past time to leave this organization which I am doing as I write this. With Village Medical at the helm, your healthcare reaches new lows and quality and accountability are nonexistent.
