Outpatients (receiving medical treatment without being admitted to the hospital) are allowed one visitor. Obstetrics patients are allowed one primary support person and one additional support person. No visitors are allowed in the Emergency Department unless exclusion criteria are met. COVID-19 patients will not have visitors during infectious period. Whether you are patient or visitor, YOU ARE REQUIRED to wear a mask and be screened upon entering the hospital.
The MyHealth portal will display most lab results, medication lists from your provider (not the pharmacy), allergy information, immunization history, and upcoming appointments.
MyHealth is an online health management tool available for our patients provided by Cerner® and SEARHC.
If you have a question about your health information, contact your primary care provider’s office.
Parents and legal guardians of children ages 0-12 may sign up for a MyHealth account to access their child’s limited health record. Patients can update personal information through MyHealth. If Patient Registration needs more information, they will send a secure message. A MyHealth account is not required.
MyHealth is voluntary. Patients are never required to register for an account.
