What do I do if I’m having issues signing up/accessing the patient portal?

Thank you for using our patient portal. If you’re having issues signing up for or accessing the patient portal, please click this link to send us your name, office location and portal concern. Our staff will contact you sometime between Monday and Friday from 8AM to 5PM.

When the United States Government defined the terminology Patient Portal as their mandate for online electronic health record access, they established a common name that forced healthcare providers to build their own brand around.

What is the student portal and how does it work?

The portal is a secure and confidential method to communicate regarding your non-urgent medical and mental health needs. The student portal enables you to communicate with SHC at any time when it’s most convenient for you. Simply login to the portal using your UCINetID and password.

When will you contact me for patient portal support?

Our staff will contact you sometime between Monday and Friday from 8AM to 5PM. Please note the patient portal is not monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; we will respond as soon as possible but expect a minimum of 2-3 business days . If you have a more urgent matter please call the office so we can assist you on any urgent matter.

How to enable two step verification on MyChart?

To enable two-step verification, log into MyChart and under "Menu," select "Security Settings.". Then, click on the button that says, "Turn on two-step verification.". 833-469-2478.

Can I have two MyChart accounts?

If you have two MyChart accounts — one with UCI Health Medical Group and one with UCI Health — you can now connect them so that you only need one MyChart account to manage your healthcare online.
