The Powerpath Portal provides case results for anatomic pathology cases. It includes high resolution images for electron microscopy and immunofluorescence and the ability to download PDF or Word versions of the case reports.
The 4Medica Portal provides testing results for clinical pathology.
Stanford Pathology offers established clients the ability to receive the results for submitted cases via our online web portals. Our portals provide digital versions of the case results, including high resolution images and PDF reports. If you are an established client who is interested in receiving results via web portal, please contact us to complete a web portal agreement and establish users.

If you were registered for classes in Autumn Quarter, whether you were on campus or remote, and you decided to have coverage through Cardinal Care, that decision remains in place through the plan year end on Aug 31, 2021. You do not need to take any further action.

If you were registered for classes in Autumn Quarter, but were studying remotely and decided NOT to have coverage through Cardinal Care, and you are now coming to campus for Spring Quarter classes , you may be eligible to enroll in Cardinal Care as a qualifying event. Please submit a Service Now ticket to Vaden's Insurance and Referral Office to request enrollment.
You must visit your physician’s office in person to enroll in the Stamford Health Medical Group Patient Portal. Please call for office hours. To find out if your physician is part of the Stamford Health Medical Group, go to our Find a Doctor search.

The Cures Act ensures patients have access to their electronic medical records via the patient portal without delay. All completed provider notes, laboratory tests and diagnostic tests will be available on the portal for both historical and recent visits, this may also include previously unavailable sensitive results such as HIV, STD, genetic testing, etc. Please make sure only appropriate individuals have access to your portal through the proxy access.
